About The University Information Technology Center (ITC)

The University Information Technology Center’s main areas of responsibilities (AoR)are as following:

  • Core network system and services design, management and troubleshooting
  • Internet and wireless network connection management and troubleshooting
  • VoIP Phone system management and troubleshooting
  • Fiber-Optic cable infrastructure design, management and troubleshooting
  • Web site and application development and administration
  • Computer Lab’s hardware and software management and troubleshooting
  • Smart ID Card system management and troubleshooting
